Concert Group has promoted Scott Stosek to the newly-created positions of director of finance, Concert Group and chief financial officer of Harmony Re, the company’s risk retention platform.
Stosek, who reports to chief financial officer Michael Rybak, joined Concert in 2021 as vice president and controller.
Chicago-based Concert Group offers fronting and related services to insurers.
“In the past three years, Scott has proven to be an invaluable member of the finance team as we’ve worked to build the foundation for a market-leading hybrid fronting carrier,” said chief executive officer John Hendrickson. “On any number of occasions, his commitment to finding solutions to a variety of market-related challenges has produced a positive result.
“I know Scott’s energy and drive will not only continue to have impact at Concert but will provide a critical skillset to the development of Harmony Re. I am delighted to have him on our team and congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion.”

Prior to working at Concert, Stosek spent six years at Hiscox USA where he held a number of increasingly senior positions, the last being US lead, finance transformation program. His almost 20-year career in the insurance industry includes two years at Trustmark Insurance as Senior Accountant.
