Letlole La Rona welcomes new expertise to Board of Directors

Letlole La Rona, Botswana’s leading property investment company, has strengthened its board of directors with the appointment of Rowesai Mosarwe and Dr. Neltah Tshepiso Mokgware Monosi, effective immediately.

Mosarwe, a chartered accountant with over 22 years of leadership experience, brings expertise in financial management, corporate governance, operations, and organizational transformation across financial services and consulting sectors.

Previously, she served as group chief financial officer and chief operating officer at a major pan-African insurance broking group, where revenues surpassed P100 million. In these roles, she spearheaded mergers, integrations, and enterprise-wide transformations, while managing strategy, capital allocation, and risk oversight.

Mosarwe also designed group-wide financial systems, governance frameworks, and digital programs, collaborating closely with boards to drive long-term performance. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Joining her, Mokgware-Monosi offers more than a decade of specialized knowledge in the real estate and built-environment sector, encompassing asset management, facilities operations, academia, and strategic projects. Holding a PhD in real estate, she has contributed to property optimization and asset performance at organizations including Tempest Gold, Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, RDC, and Knight Frank.

Her academic contributions include lecturing, research, and visiting scholar positions in South Africa and Nigeria, where she advanced curriculum and sector research. Mokgware-Monosi has also engaged with professional bodies and governance structures in African and international real estate organizations.
