Cascador Appoints Oyin Solebo as Chief Operating Officer

Cascador has announced the appointment of Oyin Solebo as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a strategic step in strengthening the organisation’s operational capacity and expanding support for growth-stage founders.

Solebo joins the leadership team with extensive experience in venture acceleration and strategic programme development. She previously worked with the ARM Labs Lagos Techstars Accelerator, where she pioneered the flagship Africa-based accelerator programme, helping startups transition from early traction to scalable growth.

Her appointment comes as Cascador deepens its focus on empowering founders to scale their businesses through stronger operational systems, structured programme delivery, and expanded alumni support.

In her new role, Solebo will help strengthen Cascador’s operational infrastructure and platform capabilities, with a focus on optimising programme delivery, building systems that support founders beyond training, and enabling entrepreneurs to move from learning to execution and ultimately to scale.

She will also lead key initiatives within the organisation, including the Cascador ScaleUp Program and the Catalytic Fund, which deploys between $2 million and $5 million annually in tailored financing to high-potential alumni ventures.

“As we shift our focus to deepen our support for growth-stage founders, she will play a vital role in strengthening our operational infrastructure and scaling our platform capabilities through program delivery optimisation, deep alumni support, and building systems that enable founders to transition from learning to execution and to scale.”
