Rising Through the Ranks at FCMB

Smith joined First City Monument Bank (FCMB), where she spent more than fifteen years in progressively senior leadership roles. Beginning as Vice President, Treasury and Financial Markets, she played a pivotal role in strengthening the bank’s treasury operations and market positioning.

Her performance earned her promotion to Senior Vice President, Investment Banking and Financial Markets, where she expanded her influence across corporate finance and capital market activities.
