BettahLife MicroInsurance Limited has appointed Taiwo Tella-Ndukwe as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, bringing a seasoned financial services leader into the organisation as it seeks to expand access to financial security for underserved individuals, families and small businesses.
In a statement, the company said: “We are pleased to introduce Taiwo Tella-Ndukwe as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of BettahLife Microinsurance Limited. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Taiwo has held senior leadership roles and built extensive expertise in business development, strategic leadership, market expansion, operational management and team development.
Her appointment comes with a commitment to building a sustainable, customer-centred business that makes financial security more accessible, relevant and meaningful to underserved segments. Through her work in consumer advocacy, financial literacy and community empowerment she has gained valuable insight into the barriers that prevent individuals, small and medium businesses from achieving financial well-being and accessing financial security.
At BettahLife, she brings together this understanding with her extensive experience to advance innovative solutions, build consumer trust, develop strategic partnerships and create a business that delivers both commercial value and social impact. Her vision is to contribute to an industry where financial well-being is not a privilege for a few, but a practical and accessible reality for many. We welcome Taiwo Tella-Ndukwe to the team.”
Responding to the appointment, Tella-Ndukwe said: “I’m grateful to God for this opportunity and the vision He has placed before us. I’m excited about what this journey represents, and deeply conscious that a vision of this magnitude requires more than human effort; it requires His wisdom, grace and guidance.
