Under her leadership, the company returned to sustained profitability, expanded its infrastructure assets, and gained recognition for service excellence while strengthening its position within the Nigerian hospitality industry.

Earlier in her career, Olusola held influential roles at United Bank for Africa, where she served as Group Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications and previously led the Embassies, Multilaterals and Development Organisations division. In these roles, she shaped the bank’s pan-African brand strategy across more than 20 markets while building relationships with development finance institutions and international partners. She also served as Chief Executive Officer of Teragro Commodities Limited, where she led the commercial and operational repositioning of the company and secured strategic partnerships that strengthened its agribusiness value chain.
