Ivy Apea Owusu is a distinguished energy sector leader with over 20 years of experience in driving strategic growth, structured finance, and operational excellence across oil and gas and energy services.

She leads corporate strategy, regulatory compliance, business development, and stakeholder engagement, positioning the company as a key player in Ghana’s downstream petroleum sector.

At Cirrus Oil Services, Owusu’s leadership spans corporate strategy, business development, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. Her guidance has been instrumental in advancing the company’s role in implementing downstream sector deregulation policies, expanding commercial operations, and deepening its market footprint across Ghana’s petroleum handling and supply ecosystem. She also drives initiatives that integrate service excellence with corporate responsibility, particularly in health, education and community development programs.

Before her current role, Owusu built global finance and energy expertise with GE Capital in the US and UK, specializing in energy project finance and cross-border capital deployment. She has also held leadership roles on boards, including the Ghana Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors and Woodfields Energy Resources Ltd. Beyond her executive role at Cirrus, Ivy is a respected voice in Ghana’s energy industry.
